Who can attend PAIR?

PAIR is open to all girls in grades 7-12 (rising included). You don't need any prior experience or knowledge — just curiosity and an open mind.

Is there a cost to attend?

PAIR is completely free to attend, thanks to our generous donors. Food (lunch), drinks, and all activity materials are included.

I attended previously - can I attend again?

Yes! We'll have a mix of new and returning mentors. Each year, the content is expanded, and new activities are added.

What if I'm shy, don't know what to say, or don't know anyone else attending?

That's exactly why you should come! PAIR is specifically designed to be an optimal safe, supportive environment for stepping out of your comfort zone. Our leads and mentors are warm, approachable, and great at making conversation easy. You will also meet other mentees who are in the same boat. You'll be surprised how quickly the nerves go away.

What's the dress code?

No need to stress about the dress code — we simply suggest coming “ready to impress” in a way that feels comfortable for you. We’ll actually be covering what “business casual” means during the workshop, so you don’t have to puzzle over it beforehand :) The most important thing is that you feel confident and ready to connect!
