As a mentor, what will be asked of me?
Simply show up and share your story! You will be paired with a mentee or two and will guide them through the various mini-events. Advise them on fine-tuning their elevator pitches, interview skills, and all the small things in between — e.g. practicing handshakes and decoding 'business casual'!
Why should I be a mentor?
When girls help girls, there's no limit to what can be achieved. PAIR is a fun and low-stakes opportunity to share your wisdom and help girls in the shoes you were once in. You will become a part of a community of women and girls who support each other and grow together. Mentor the next generation of ambitious girls — you might just be mentoring the next Steve Jobs.
