As a mentor, what will be asked of me?

Simply show up and share your story! You will be paired with a mentee or two and will guide them through the various mini-events. Advise them on fine-tuning their elevator pitches, interview skills, and all the small things in between — e.g. practicing handshakes and decoding 'business casual'!

Why should I be a mentor?

When girls help girls, there's no limit to what can be achieved. PAIR is a fun, low-stakes opportunity to share your wisdom with girls in the shoes you were once in. You will become a part of a community of humans who not only support each other but also grow together. To you, this may be one Saturday morning—to your mentee, you could be the reason they shoot for the stars.
